IPTV Canada does not host, upload, maintain, copy, encode, or broadcast any video files, live television signals, or audio streams on our web infrastructure. All stream URLs and playlist indexes link directly to third-party public network endpoints operated independently across the internet.
2. Submitting a Takedown Notice (Infringement Notification)
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, and believe that content indexed through our service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA notification containing the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the specific material/URL claimed to be infringing and reasonably sufficient information for us to locate the link.
- Your contact information, including full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
