1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a free 24-hour trial, or purchasing an IPTV subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our service.
2. Subscription Activation & Multi-Screen Policy
- Instant Activation: Upon confirmation of your payment on WhatsApp or online checkout, your login credentials (Xtream Codes URL, Username, Password, and M3U link) are delivered within 3 minutes.
- Simultaneous Connections: Standard subscriptions permit 1 active screen connection at any given time. If you require concurrent streaming on multiple TVs or devices, you must select our 2-Screen or 3-Screen package options. Exceeding your purchased simultaneous connection limit will cause automatic server throttling.
3. Non-Contract Service & Renewals
All IPTV Canada plans operate strictly on a prepaid, no-contract basis. We do not automatically charge your card upon expiration. You will receive a friendly renewal reminder via WhatsApp before your term concludes, and renewal is entirely at your discretion.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We provide a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month subscription plans. If our service fails to operate satisfactorily on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the technical obstacle, you may request a 100% full refund within 30 days of initial purchase.
5. Prohibited Activities
Subscribers agree not to re-stream, redistribute, capture, clone, or publicly broadcast our feed credentials without explicit authorization. Commercial re-distribution of personal subscription credentials results in immediate account termination.
